We all know the familiar sound “click, click, click” in rapid succession, often heard but not seen from dawn until dusk, but once the bugs are out these nocturnal hunters are on the prowl and can become quite vocal and be a regular visitor to the patio, it is of course the Gecko!
Pam Sweeney was a volunteer member of NICA and UWG. It is with sadness that we remember Pam who has passed suddenly. We will remember her friendly open manner, smile and willingness to help and give her time when needed.

The UWG subcommittee would like to congratulate our member Gene Young for being a finalist in the Environmental Steward Award (Under 30). This category, sponsored by UniSC, is for outstanding contribution to the Noosa Biosphere environment by an individual.
